Position: Pharmacy Benefit Manager
Duties/Qualifications: Motivated, experienced individual to effectively communicate with team members, clients and providers regarding pharmacy benefits and administration. This full-time position requires excellent communication skills, ability to handle multiple priorities and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will work with a team and will be responsible for coordinating the operational aspects of Plan Administration, Medicare Part D regulations and Pharmacy Network Services. The seasoned individual must also have a broad understanding of employee benefits, retail pharmacy operations and Medicare Part D. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects concurrently. Some travel required.

Position: Assistant Relationship Manager
Duties/Qualifications:
Qualified Candidate will assist and support RM Team to add to their productivity both with the external customers and with the internal departments. Support RM Team with renewal and mailing campaigns. Provide detailed explanation of the products being recommended and sold, while fulfilling the insurance needs of the clients.
Obtains competitive quotes for customers and/or provides alternative products and options, while providing clients with satisfactory explanations of the Carrier’s products. Assist in preparing presentations, spreadsheets and additional informational materials for clients. Schedules and presents renewal materials; if renewal is not complete, reschedules a follow up meeting. Possess up to date knowledge in changes to benefit laws, benefit programs and benefit products.

Position: Administrative Support
Duties/Qualifications:
Processes applications, enrollments, terminations and responds to inquiries regarding insurance premiums. Qualified candidate is expected to demonstrate all of the required skills and abilities on a timely basis by performing the following duties: Communicate with Clients/Carriers regarding eligibility changes, problems with coverage, understanding account balances, terminations and additions. Assists and provide support with special projects to include new group implementation and maintenance. Ability to write routine correspondence professionally and thoroughly. Inputs new business into Database working on monthly Intermediary data entry and packet mailings.
